We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for one of our best clients in the Manchester PA area. Our client is a global leader in the beauty industry by offering every person around the world the best of beauty in terms of quality, efficacy, safety, sincerity and responsibility to satisfy all beauty needs and desires in their infinite diversity.

This person supports the Director of Operations with key responsibilities of creating daily operations reports, preparing power point presentations, maintaining attendance tracker, creating purchase orders, assisting with external vendor management and other special projects as needed.

This role provides the hybrid flexibility (3 days in office/2 days remote).

Pay: Starting hourly rate is $24/hr with room for growth
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Day in the Life-
  • Prepare various spreadsheets and reports on a regular basis for the Director of Operations and the Operations management team. Maintain attendance tracker for all permanent employees
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Assisting with event coordination
  • Submit all payables for the location through MyMarket
  • Assist with setting up new vendors in MyMarket
  • Purchase all office supplies and miscellaneous distribution center materials
  • Filing, file preparation and organizational work
  • Complete Daily Dashboard in Excel
  • Creation of PO's through MyMarket
  • Manages Temp Payroll process

Keys to Success -
  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Must have excellent written, oral and computer communications skills to effectively communicate in person, through letters/emails/reports, and/or over the phone.
  • Requires the ability to act independently without direct supervision as well as to support a team to accomplish critical and timely objective.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel to consistently review and edit presentations for appearance, accuracy, consistency, and graphics.
  • Experience working with SAP or a similar WMS is desired
