As a Process Improvement Manageryou will play a crucial role in process improvement by enhancing our operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and driving positive change across the organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze existing processes, and implement strategies to achieve measurable improvements. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact our bottom line and contribute to our overall success.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Perform process assessments evaluating current business systems, identifying bottlenecks, and assessing opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage waste reduction by implementing lean methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Provide data-driven insights by analyzing data, metrics, and performance indicators to make informed decisions.
  • Oversee change management, leading process transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in, challenging processes and potential roadblocks.
  • Foster collaboration by working closely with department heads, project managers, and frontline staff to drive process enhancements.
  • Lead interactive dashboard development and implementation using tools like Tableau or Power BI and manage reporting and visualizing KPIs, performance metrics, and operational trends.
  • Create compelling narratives around data insights and present findings to leadership and operational teams.
  • Manage and mentor team members, foster their growth and development within the network; provide guidance and educate senior leadership.

What you'll need to excel:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (green or higher) or similar certification in lean processes.
  • Large scale project and implementation experience.
  • Proficient knowledge in data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to influence and guide others in the decision-making processes throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ability to train and develop individual talent and teams
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 5 years of strong process improvement and managerial experience
