Advisors Excel is embarking on the creation of a Marketing Dashboard, set to become the central hub within our client facing CRM. This dynamic platform will consolidate data from a multitude of marketing channels, spanning digital marketing, TV, web, radio efforts, and call center lead generation. Additionally, we are looking to seamlessly integrate essential sales tools such as Retirement Analyzer, Nitrogen, Orion Planning, eMoney, Wealth Central, Right Capital, and future innovations as they emerge.

What you'll do:
- Develop a comprehensive product strategy for Marketing dashboard
- Define detailed business requirements and oversee prototype development from inception to finalization
- Participate in technical discussions to guide design decisions and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
- Secure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively communicate project objectives and engage stakeholders throughout the process
- Identify and resolve obstacles hindering the development or integrations
- Proactively solicit feedback to drive innovation and optimize user experience
- Serve as the projects subject matter expert during the rollout and offer ongoing to support as needed
- Lead training and marketing efforts to promote adoption and utilization
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Technology, and Business Units to ensure project implementation and ongoing enhancements
Experience you'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience in project, product and/or program management with a focus on marketing and sales integration
- Previous experience building, leading, and implementing product initiatives
- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Exceptional problem determination skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills; the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong aptitude for technology
Bonus Points:
- Bachelors Degree in marketing, business or related field
- Previous experience in financial services
