Staffmark is excited to announce a new direct hire opportunity for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Lancaster, SC.


Salary: $52,000/year - $72,800/year


Shift Schedule: 12 Hour Rotating shifts with 2 on, 2 off, 3 on; 7 am-7 pm OR 7 pm-7am


As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, test, and diagnose machinery and equipment.
  • Repair, clean, and lubricate machinery parts.
  • Assemble, install, and maintain equipment and systems.
  • Perform machining and welding tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work.


Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and adherence to procedures.
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality, and safety awareness.
  • Ability to work in various conditions and use personal protective equipment.
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 60 pounds.
