Job Summary:

The Implementation Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the high-quality, timely delivery of various telecommunications solutions for the Business Services segment. The primary role of this position is to manage various internal teams for the coordinated delivery of services (products) while providing clear, timely, and professional communications with external customers and various internal partners.

This position is responsible for customer relationship management, coordination of all internal tasks required to complete service delivery of assigned projects, and close out of the project to assure accurate billing and high-quality post-installation support for all services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Help coordinate and manage project from inception to completion
* Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
* Facilitate communications between department office, field staff, and boundary partners
* Track and directly report project status updates
* Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents
* Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks
* Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications; OSHA, NESC, and Municipalities
* Help create and adhere to project timeline
* Maintain positive relationships with internal boundary partners and project owner
* Ensure project adheres to set schedule by coordinating meetings and/or phone calls

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Approach all customer relationships with the objective of providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Participate in all training sessions that are assigned.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvement and for improvements to the customer experience.
  • Promote effective, positive relationships with our external and internal customers.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of telecommunications products and the general service delivery process.
  • Effective, professional communication skills.
  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational and planning skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple organizations with a positive attitude while embracing a changing environment.
  • The ability to quickly learn new processes, procedures, and systems related to project management and service delivery, e.g. CRMs, workflow managements systems, and reporting tools.
  • Some travel may be required but should be no more than 5% of time.
  • Knowledgeable in Telecommunications or Construction
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure
  • Expert problem solver
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, Mapping Tools, Google Earth

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM and/or project management software.

The base salary range in Washington, Oregon and California for this position is $55,000.00 - $76,70000.00, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Washington, Oregon and California and may not be applicable to other locations.
