The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Project Coordination/Take Off Professional to work at a company located in the Rochester, IN area!

Pay/hours for position
*$35K-$40K (*Hourly/Estimated: Commensurate to Experience)
Requirements of position
Responsible for assisting with project coordination and blueprint reading to ensure accurate and efficient take offs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction management and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Strong experience in performing take offs in the construction industry.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of project coordination processes and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
This position does require a high school diploma or equivalent and you MUST HAVE PRIOR TAKE OFF EXPERIENCE
**Must Be Able to Pass Drug Screening & Background Screening *
Responsibilities of position
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to gather necessary information for take offs.
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to accurately determine quantities and measurements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing information.
- Prepare detailed take off reports and cost estimates for review by project team.
- Assist with bid preparation and submission process.
- Maintain accurate records of all take offs and related documentation.
