Summary
Turn to Joy is looking for a preschool teacher-assistant for a small group of children at out new center in Grand Isle.
Duties
Duties include following our routine for lunch, rest and afternoon activities.
Other responsibilities include : supporting play and engaging activities, cleaning the classroom, preparing children's items to go home, and communication with the families at the end of the day.
Requirements
Positive attitude and someone who really enjoys children.
First Aid/CPR and All required trainings by Vermont's DCF.
Able to commit to 25 - 35 hours per week.
Nice To Haves
Self-starter, interested in the early childhood career ladder.
An understanding of social-emotional development and early learning skills.
Strong communication skills, and the ability to ask for help and share ideas and concerns.
