Caregiver - STNA Needed

We are seeking qualified caregivers in Findlay and the surrounding areas. We have up to 40 hours per week assignments available, with new cases becoming available regularly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have an active Certification as an STNA/CNA in the state of Ohio
• Dependable Transportation
• Valid Driver’s License or state ID
• Experience preferred, not required
• Must be professional
• Positive attitude and compassion for others

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a caregiver, you’ll be a vital part of a team dedicated to providing excellent care to the clients. You’ll work directly with the Preferred Care at Home team and the client’s family to carry out the care plan and use your judgement and observation to suggest adjustments if needed.

Examples of care plan tasks are:

• Meal preparation
• Dress and Hygiene Assistance
• Medication reminders
• Transportation
• Errands
• Light housekeeping
