Job Description

Immediately hiring a Customer Service Pro for a busy Fairbanks business.

Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Office products- Word and Outlook.

Previous experience in a busy and fast-paced office environment is ideal.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Answering phones
Greeting customers, taking keys
Scheduling appointments
Quoting prices for windshield and residential installation/repair
Preparing PO’s
Preparing Invoicing
Collection Calls

This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm with pay starting at $20/HR depending on experience.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Background will be reviewed.
Drug free environment
