Position OverviewThis person assists in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the office setting this includes both clinical and front desk duties. Location and Hours of PositionSandy Lake Community Health Center: 3205 S. Main St., Sandy Lake, PA 16145Sheakleyville Health Center: 3339 Perry Hwy. Sheakleyville, PA 16151The general office hours for this position is 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (with some evening hours required).
