COTS Administrator
Location : Southfield, MI
Duration : 6 Plus Months
Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf) Administrator located in Southfield, MI. The COTS Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of COTS applications, including installation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting. The role involves working closely with the IT team to ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of all COTS applications.
Qualifications
•Strong knowledge and experience in COTS administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
•Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to COTS applications
•Experience with software deployment tools and technologies
•Knowledge of enterprise-level software, tools, systems, and applications
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
•Effective communication and collaboration skills
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
•COTS vendor-specific certification is a plus
•Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies is beneficial
