We are seeking a high-performing sales and onboarding Administrative Professional to join our team.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of client service best practices. You are exceptionally organized, positive, and professional. You should be able to contribute to a high-quality client onboarding experience, track sales targets, and build campaigns in Hubspot.

Compensation:

$35,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Sales Team Support

  • Lead Management: Proactively review and assign incoming leads, ensuring optimal distribution among the sales team.
  • CRM Mastery: Expertly manage and optimize HubSpot, eliminating duplicities and maintaining accurate sales reports.
  • Administrative Excellence: Efficiently handle all sales department administrative tasks, from scheduling to data entry, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and present insightful weekly sales reports, identifying and explaining any deviations from targets.
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate daily sales standup meetings, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Client Service/Onboarding Support

  • Client Transition: Ensure a smooth transition of clients from prospecting to onboarding, meeting all timeframes.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact between clients and technical departments during the onboarding process.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Manage and coordinate onboarding activities across departments, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge database to support efficient onboarding.

HubSpot Ownership

  • Campaign Creation: Set up and manage innovative HubSpot campaigns.
  • Event Coordination: Keep track of webinars and other events, supporting the sales team's online presence.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain a team calendar inside HubSpot.
Qualifications:

Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Calendar management experience.
  • Client onboarding experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales administrator or support agent.
  • Hands-on CRM experience.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators for sales.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Certification in marketing, sales, or relevant field experience.
  • Technical background preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to speak fluently in English.
