We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to lead our Cultivation and Manufacturing operations in AZ. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape and elevate our manufacturing processes, drive efficiencies, and contribute to the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of cultivation and manufacturing operations, with a focus on driving efficiency and implementing best practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of 6 direct reports, including cultivation, lab, and operations managers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while maintaining a commitment to quality and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, challenging the status quo, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align strategies and goals for overall organizational success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within manufacturing, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing cultivation and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to manage over 200 SKUs
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and implement process improvements.
Compensation: $140,000 to $150,000 per year
