Bulldozer/Excavator Operator (Travel Required)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Bulldozer and Excavator Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment to move earth, debris, and materials at construction sites. The role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong focus on safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

- Operate bulldozers and excavators to perform various tasks such as grading, trenching, excavation, and backfilling.

- Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisors to ensure accurate and precise work.

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and longevity.

- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget.

- Inspect equipment for any defects and report any issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bulldozer and Excavator Operator in the construction industry.

- Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and related machinery.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and precision in operating equipment.

- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy equipment operation.

- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation.

- Prior experience in a similar role within the construction or related industry.
