MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF SALES REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE


Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced energetic Sales Rep to fill an opening at a Raw Material company in Ontario, CA.


Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm


Requirements for Sales Rep:

  • 1 year of sales experience within a similar industry
  • Outstandingcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
  • Strongcustomer-serviceorientedmindset
  • Prior experience in roles such as Collection Agent, Sales Consultant, Sales support, Client Services, Sales Agent is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Sales Rep

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

  • Buildauthenticrelationshipswithourcustomersandvendors
  • Always be looking for ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the website’s design)
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
