M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking to hire a Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership and leading by example with generating sales and revenue for the business as a player & coach. This position has the opportunity to grow to the Sales Manager for the Madison office.
Job Summary
- Provide leadership and accountability to a team of employees in various departments within a defined geographic area.
- Drive Sales, Profitability and Gross Margin Growth through mentoring current sales consultants and selling your own company preset leads and self generated leads.
- Instills a culture of delivering extraordinary customer service, self-accountability and constant improvement.
- Develop employees at all levels to ensure the region's bench strength
- Accountable to ensure that trends of underperformance are formally addressed, with clear and documented performance improvement plans
- Responsible for consistently and effectively communicating the company objectives to the Madison team.
- Flexibility to travel to various sites within the Madison area (company vehicle provided)
- Communicate with customers regularly to ensure transparency and maintain a positive experience.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years' experience in exterior remodeling sales.
- Must have strong leadership and decision-making skills, including the ability to hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees.
- Desire to surround customers with service excellence.
- High aptitude for technology
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
