We are looking to hire an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative selling environment. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided.

Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
  • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
  • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
  • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
Qualifications:
  • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
  • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
  • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on
  • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Interest in/working toward an active Texas Real Estate Sales Agent License
