Leasing Agent - 500 Units Apartment Community in Baldwin Village

Our client is an owner-managed property management company with over 40 apartment communities in the greater Los Angeles' area seeking to hire an experienced leasing agent to support the leasing efforts for two apartment communities with approximately 500 units located in Baldwin Village -- next door to Culver City! 

• Company: The management firm owns and manages 40+ communities throughout Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley & Ventura County. They are owner-managed offering a professional and supportive work environment. Due to the volume of their assets, there are opportunities for growth for individuals demonstrating commitment and value within the organization. The management firm puts on several employee events throughout the year including competitions for holiday decorations, beach parties, renting out Dave & Busters for an entire day inviting employees and their families to eat and play for free in addition to leasing a yacht in the marina to celebrate the holidays!
• Position: This is a full-time, direct-hire, on-site position working 40 hours per week with overtime as needed. It pays up to $20-$22/hour depending on experience PLUS leasing bonuses, along with a full benefits package (details listed below). A valid California driver’s license is required.
