Job Summary Central Washington University is recruiting a Clinical Faculty, Milton Kuolt Professorship of Business to join our College of Business team in Ellensburg, Washington. Endowed faculty are expected to contribute to the college and university missions; continue the existing efforts of the college and university in promoting DEI on- and off-campus, and building a bridge between the college and industry. Faculty will integrate CWU's commitment to diversity and create a learning environment that is welcoming, accessible, and inclusive for all students. Minimum Qualifications Please address in your cover letter: Master's degree in any field with a focus on DEI, social justice, etc. Willingness to teach a wide range of courses (academic and continuing education) at all levels and modalities Teaching, service or other experiences that has prepared the candidate to contribute to CWU's commitment to the engagement and inclusion of culturally diverse students and campus communities. Ability to connect CWU-CB with the external business environment. Experience in promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to external constituents. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Plus an additional $10,000 professional development fund. Appointment: Temporary, Non-Tenure-Track, 9 Month Appointment with 2 month Additional Summer contract. 2-year appointment.
