Counselor

The Counselor is responsible for providing clinical services and interventions that support overall health and wellbeing. They offer opportunities for clients to gain knowledge and skills to promote individual growth and sustained recovery from addiction within the framework of the company's philosophy and objectives. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Counselor will facilitate group therapy sessions and will collaborate closely with other members of the clinical team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health related field required.

• Working towards licensure and/or drug and alcohol certification.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health related field strongly preferred.
• Drug and alcohol certification through state board (CASAC, CADC, CAADC, ADC, AADC or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Professional clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Experience in substance use disorders treatment strongly preferred.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
