Full Time Hospital Pharmacist in Naples, Florida (EPIC Trained Required)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled EPIC-Trained Hospital Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of EPIC systems, a strong background in hospital pharmacy, and a passion for improving patient care through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize EPIC software to review, process, and verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and appropriateness.
• Provide pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals, counseling patients on drug therapies.
• Develop hospital staffs pharmacological knowledge by participating in clinical programs.
• Comply with state and federal drug laws, hospital policies, and procedures.
• Monitor patient drug therapies, advising interventions, and contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure the quality and safety of medications by adhering to infection-control protocols and participating in the hospitals medication safety initiatives.

Shift:

• Evening shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm
• Rotating weekends
• 13+ week contract

Qualifications:

• Must be EPIC trained.
• 1+ year or more of recent hospital experience specifically with cardiacand intensive care patients
• FL pharmacist licensed clear and active.
