OT- Occupational Therapist
Location:Alamo, New Mexico
About Us: Join our teamas a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT), mitted to fostering students' independence and participation in educational settings.We're in search of a skilled OT to assess, diagnose, and address sensory, motor, and developmental challenges in students, enhancing their academic success and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify sensory, motor, and developmental issues impacting students' participation in school activities.
- Develop personalized intervention plans in collaboration with school staff to address students' individual needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate closely with educators and parents to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and home environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and intervention plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
