Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Job Summary
- Responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process to provide nursing care for the patient.
- Demonstrates effective verbal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to perform a thorough systems assessments.
- Directs, plans, and coordinates workflow.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduate of Registered Nursing Education program.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Must have current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota and or meeting criteria.
- Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, and PALS certification or completion upon next available program.
Work Schedule
- Day shift; 48 hours every 2 weeks
- One day off in the two-week pay period
- On call one day per week and every 4th weekend
- On call 1–2 holidays per year

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $31.00 - $46.50 per hour
