OUR IDEAL OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT

  • 1+ years of experience in education, office administration, or another relevant field
  • Experience using a business and invoicing system
  • Computer proficiency and a typing speed of 50+ wpm
  • Ability to use applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Field service management and software experience a plus

To succeed in this position, you need to be efficient with your time and able to complete quality work while meeting all deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
