Part Time - Front of House Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Part-Time Front of House Shift Supervisor to join our team. As the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and efficient dining experience for our customers. You will oversee the front of house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations during your assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the dining area to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned, and set up correctly for the next guests.
- Assist in coordinating shifts for the front of house team to ensure adequate coverage.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front and back of house operations.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in processing payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, service stations, and storage areas.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain compliance with sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and conducting regular inventory counts.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
