DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A Technical expert, responsible training Composite Technicians on repair processes.
  • Travel to Projects to resolve advance repair challenges or issues.
  • Ensuring that the repair scope aligns with the manufacture requirements.
  • Make technical decisions by specialized knowledge and skills.
  • Main point of contact on repair processes and plans with the Composite team and customers.
  • Create and communicate all repair instructions focusing on safety, quality, and Production.
  • Support the Training Coordinator in creating specialized hands-on Training for Composite Technicians.
  • knowledge of solutions for all levels of non-structural repairs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement new materials and repair solutions.
  • Review incoming scopes of work to design repair dispositions for severe damages.
  • Ensure that Safety and Quality is maintained in our processes and deliverables.
  • Efficient in problem solving, best practice sharing, and technical review.
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 to 8 years of Composite Manufacturing or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the Wind industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
  • Willing to Travel
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills including proficient in the English Language.
  • Proficient interpreting and understanding Engineering drawings.
  • Valid driver’s license

Target Salary 80-100K
