Building Coordinator

We are currently seeking a skilled Building Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the overall success of the Facilities / Security team and FIBT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete facility management system work orders.
• Modify preventative maintenance equipment list within facility management system as equipment is added, deleted, or repaired.
• Coordinate third party vendors to complete various work orders outside of internal scope.
• Ensure proper coordination with third party vendors and all necessary FIBT staff is complete before work is scheduled and provide proper access and security for any afterhours work.
• Manage priority list of CapEx items for each location within assigned region for annual budgeting purposes.
• Report any safety or security issues to the associated Branch Physical Security Officer (BPSO) office for proper reporting.
• Provides help during any new construction or remodel work identified at any location within assigned region.
• Coordinate security work with Physical Security Tech to trouble shoot issues and replace cameras, card readers, electronic strikes, motion sensors, and alarm panels, etc.
• Maintain HVAC systems and controls, plumbing, electrical, low voltage and overall building components.
• Ordering supplies for assigned region.
• Inspect all areas within a building for proper cleaning and organization.
• If there is no Building Maintenance person at assigned locations, then the scope of work needs to be performed or outsourced to properly manage to complete necessary work.
• Notify supervisor concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalency; three to five years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Valid drives license is required.
