Pay and Benefits:
Hourly wage from $20-22/hour based on experience plus quarterly performance-based bonus.

Description:
Case Managers develop individualized support plans for persons served, using a person-centered planning process; analyze support strategies and assure that services received by clients adequately meet their needs; and assist clients to identify strategies that will enable them to meet their goals. This position works with adult clients with intellectual disabilities. The Case Manager is responsible for documentation in accordance with regulatory agencies such as the Department of Health and Human Services. The Case Manager represents the Morrison Center in the community and acts as a liaison with other agencies.
General Requirements
Minimum one year of experience working with children, teens or adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (DSP, BHP, etc.)
Strong organizational and writing skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
Adult Case Management experience preferred but not required.
Education and Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Special Education, Counseling, Nursing, or closely related field.
Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in another, unrelated field must have at least 1 year of paid full-time work experience in the human services field.
