Lead Carpenter - On-Site

Outdoor Personia is hiring a full-time Lead Carpenter for our Bellingham, MA location. The position is hourly and pays between $25 and $32 per hour, depending on knowledge of carpentry and construction.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our on-site crews. Outdoor Personia designs and builds personalized outdoor structures such as pool houses, pavilions, greenhouses, sheds, and more. Work would include framing, siding, roofing, and trim for these projects.

Role Responsibilities

As an on-site Lead Carpenter, you will guide your crew to completing quality custom-built outdoor structures for our loyal clients. As you work on the various outdoor projects, you help to complete framing, siding, roofing, and trim work. No matter the project, you take responsibility for the outcome and you feel great about giving our clients more ways to enjoy their outdoor space. Position Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years in high-end residential construction and carpentry
• Ability to understand customized projects, blueprints, and plans
• Be flexible to changes at all stages of production
• Have the ability to endure strenuous activities
• Uphold a morally sensitive environment for coworkers and team members
• Willing to work a flexible schedule

• Able to pass initial and random drug screens throughout employment
