Front of House Lead

Evergreen is looking for a Front of House Lead to join our amazing Culinary Services team!

Evergreen is a non-profit senior living community, serving adults ages 55 and better. We offer many options for our residents including 3 unique dining venues: Creekview Cafe, GardenSide Restaurant and Pub 67 - a full service bar!

Working hours are 11:00am - 7:30pm for a total of 40 hours per week. Every other weekend and holiday required. Weekend shift differential of $2 per hour!

Competitive wages (based on experience) starting at $16-19 per hour, with regular wage increase opportunities. Our Front of House Lead will:

• Supervise front-of-house operations (restaurant, bar, catering) to ensure exceptional dining experience
• Train front-of-house staff (Servers & Bartenders) on safe working practices, departmental procedures, as well as providing excellent customer service
• Assist with ordering/purchasing to maintain stock levels
• Staff scheduling coordination
• Work as a Server/Bartender
• Respond to resident and customer feedback
• Work closely with back-of-house staff on quality and presentation of food
• Participate in weekly department leadership meetings

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• 1 year leadership experience or more
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous serving/restaurant/bartending experience
