QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of verifiable experience as a residential installer (commercial experience is considered)
- The ability to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass both a background check and drug test
- A provable track record in HVAC systems
- The ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
