RN Family Birthplace L&D or NICU nights

Exciting opportunity for night-shift RNs to join our Family Birthplace Team in either Labor and Delivery or our NICU! All Family Birthplace RN's provide post-partum care. Valley View is a Baby-Friendly Hospital!

Come work as an RN in our Level 2 NICU! Our Family Birthplace team of nurses are passionate about neonatal care! We work with the state collaborative to stay up to date on evidenced based practice.

We have around 60 deliveries a month.

Schedule is for 3 12-hour night shifts a week.

Requirements:

• Current Colorado RN license or eligibility to obtain.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS.
• Current NRP Certification.
• STABLE preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire.

SALARY RANGE

• ‎$33.99-$49.98/hour (BSN)
• Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
• Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
• $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm
• $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am
• $4.25/hour weekend differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Sunday.
• Annual Bonus based upon organizational and individual performance.
• Eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus for those that qualify (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible for sign-on)
