We are hiring an Apartment Caretaker for INH Properties in Morris, MN!

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning the comming areas in 5 smaller apartment buildings totaling 86 units
• Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
