This position will join the residential division to service managed apartment homes within the Harrisburg area. Rate: $20+ per hour, depending on experience. $500 sign on bonus!
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Company vehicle provided for daily work!

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for various maintenance tasks at multiple properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair various HVAC systems.
- Daily tasks can include light electrical, appliance repair, preventative maintenance, etc.
- Self-starter with an attention to detail.
- Able to work independently.
- Provide high levels of customer service to our residents in their apartment homes.
- Valid PA Drivers License.
- Working cell phone.
- Prior experience in residential or multifamily housing is a plus.
- Basic hand tools are required.
- Able to perform rotating, pre-scheduled on-call duties at certain times throughout the year.
- High school diploma/GED.
Compensation details: 20-30 Hourly Wage
