Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant The Staff Accountant will assist the Accounting/Finance Department in maintaining responsible Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable of the day-to-day activities. Assure all invoices are processed on a timely manner and vendors are paid according to their term. Assure billings are processed according to schedule, monthly and quarterly. This person will assist the organization in maintaining responsible financial reporting of the day-to-day activities within the Accounting/HR Department, reporting directly to the Executive Director and oversight by the Senior Accountant. Assure the timely reporting of all financial statements for month-end and year-end reporting requirements for the gala. 

Deadline oriented Minimum Education/Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in accounting OR Five years’ experience in full cycle AP/AR. 2. 3-5 years’ experience as a Staff Accountant
