Principal Enoch Cobb Early Learning Center Preschool

Barnstable Public Schools is seeking an experienced and innovative leader for the position of
Principal for the Enoch Cobb Early Learning Center/Pre-School.

The successful candidate will lead the Enoch Cobb Early Learning Center/Pre-School (157
students) and will have experience in high level complex problem solving, building leadership,
and managing and contributing to organizational change; Candidates should have a Master’s
Degree in a relevant educational field or educational leadership; experience as a teacher or
professional student support; and strength of character and integrity. The ideal candidate would
also be knowledgeable of teaching and learning, special education programming, possess strong
interpersonal skills and also have demonstrated experience with the core values of Barnstable
Public Schools: Commitment, Collaboration, and Community. MA Certification as Principal
required.
