Sales Associate

We are looking for a qualified Window Sales Associate to join our team!

Has quality attributes to work with an established sales team enthusiastically and successfully. This entails working closely with the owners, sales team, and manufactures and installers, the customers that we service; and anyone that may be involved in the project. Take ownership of each project after the sale is completed. This is a crucial role in the company to ensure projects run smoothly with high customer satisfaction.

Window Sales Associate Qualifications / Skills:

• Expert on quality control and managing resources
• General knowledge of sound business principles and strategies
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Outstanding verbal and written skills are required. Ability to read, interpret, understand, and explain documents such as Order Acknowledgements, CAD drawings, product specifications, or warranty manuals.
• Must be computer literate and able to use electronic software (MSOffice, Excel, etc.).
• Capacity to gather information, and respond appropriately to questions from customers, co-workers, manufacturers, or people working in the field.
• Follow up with Customers to ensure that the project meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.
• Coordinates and communicates with the Project Coordinator to ensure accurate understanding of and timely resolution to customer issues.
• Follows up with prospects to inform them of business changes such as product offering, pricing, and or assembly options in a timely manner.
• Complies with company policy on pricing, product offering, installation, credit, and collections.
• Completes all required paperwork to ensure all necessary information is present, allowing the
• Project Coordinator and Installer to efficiently complete the project.
• Responsible for customer relations, product sales, collections, and customer satisfaction.
• Generating, pursuing, and tracking leads and lead sources.
• Team player with great attitude, and exhibit a strong desire to learn and promote self growth
• Must be pro-active, self-disciplined, self-motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to follow projects through to completion
• Organizational skills, prioritize tasks and meet dead lines
• Ability to think outside the box to come up with solutions when they arise
• Must be present in a clean and neat physical appearance

Education / Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required with extensive experience)
• 3+ years experience related to window operations
• Prior knowledge of construction application and/or window and door operations
• Experience is required

Hours: Full-time 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
