Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices along with wireless services, with a target demographic of the truck-driving community
- Create your own sales opportunities through in-person pitching and marketing of Verizon services
- Build and maintain relationships with truck drivers, understanding their specific communication needs while on the road
- Stay up-to-date on Midwest Mobility and Verizon product and procedural knowledge
- Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory management, and other administrative duties
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Meet and/or exceed sales targets and performance goals while monitoring action plans for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- STRONG interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability to a diverse customer base
- Drive and motivation to learn, grow, and succeed!
- General knowledge/ability to learn wireless technology quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime if necessary

This is a 100% UNCAPPED commission-based role with a weekly draw. That means UNLIMITED commissions based on performance! Compensation includes a percentage of gross profit from sales, with a weekly draw at a set hourly rate based on experience. Paid training is also provided at the given hourly rate.
