Dispensing Optician / Ophthalmic Associate/ Medical Receptionist

Our growing and fast-paced practice is looking to hire mature, friendly and bright individuals who are seeking long term career(s) and to join our clinical team. Optical Sales Associate:
Duties include: frame styling, fitting and selection, optical dispensing, minor repairs and frame adjustments and a good background in sales, to name a few.
Secondary duties may include assisting doctors in preparing the patients for examination, e.g. pre-testing, contact lens orders and training, etc. Additional responsibilities for the above named positions may include answering phones, helping out with appointments, insurance inquiries and occasionally covering the front desk.

Front Desk/ Receptionist

The position will include front desk activities, answering phones, scheduling appointments, insurance inquiries/ verification, data entry; and other tasks as assigned.

Ophthalmic Technician:

Duties include assisting doctor(s) in preparing the patients for examination, e.g. pre-testing (VF testing, Photos, etc), BP checks, contact lens orders and training, patient education, and front desk assistance as needed.

Experience is a bonus but not necessary for any position, as we will train a highly motivated individual. Evening hours (1 day per week) and Saturdays flexibility required. (Part time available as well).
