Job Description
We are looking for an individual who is a strong communicator and can deliver superior customer service. This position will be challenged to work in problem-solving roles with business-to-business sales experience. This position will be responsible for working with contractors at the sales counter. The position will also develop quotes, do purchasing, and stock the showroom. This position must be able to lift heavy materials and operate a forklift. We provide training, in-house, related to our industry and products.
Our Counter/Inside Sales position works routinely with customers over the phone and in the store. This position maintains vital working relationships with established customers.
Qualifications:
• Customer Service/in-office/strong contact with customers
• Develop quotes
• Purchasing
• Self-reliant, with demonstrated ability to perform tasks independently and cooperatively
• Full-Time Position with some overtime occasionally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingualism is an asset- Spanish speaking a plus
• Ability to lift heavy loads 50lbs+ or more
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Business-to-business sales experience
Product knowledge is a must
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm, No weekends
Pay dependant upon experience.
