The role of the Production Supervisor entails overseeing the scheduling and coordination of the production process, aligning closely with annual plant objectives. With strong interpersonal skills, the Production Supervisor directs daily team activities to ensure product processing adheres to quality standards. They must possess comprehensive knowledge of the production process, troubleshoot product issues effectively, and prioritize worker safety. Collaboration with the Quality Department is essential to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and audits.

Coordinate production activities based on forecasts provided by the Planning Department.
Foster a respectful work environment that encourages employees to contribute to our mission of becoming a leading employer in our sector.
Emphasize the importance of achieving annual Plant Objectives to supervisors and team members.
Focus on Product Quality, Worker Safety, OEE, RMP, and Conversion Cost.
Collaborate with other Production Supervisors to create efficient work schedules that prioritize product quality, OEE, RMP, worker safety, and conversion costs.
Directly responsible for meeting product quality requirements.
Monitor the production process and implement corrective measures to maintain product quality and compliance with standards.
Participate in improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives.
Authorize halting of the manufacturing process when product quality and safety are compromised and inform the Quality Department.
Assist in resolving customer complaints requiring technical expertise.
Support the Research and Development Department in new product development projects, including risk analysis and quality optimization.
Contribute to other company projects, providing technical expertise and support.
Participate in internal and external audits and assist in implementing corrective measures.
Common Tasks:
Conduct annual employee performance reviews.
Collaborate with colleagues and external parties constructively.
Maintain department equipment and report any malfunctions.
Adhere to procedures and instructions necessary for job responsibilities.
Ideal Qualifications:
Organized and self-motivated.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Leadership and teaching skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical knowledge of our products.
