Internal Medicine- Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Guthrie Lourdes - Binghamton, NY

Guthrie Lourdes is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Guthrie Binghamton Riverside Drive- Internal Medicine team.              

As a Guthrie Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you play an important role in caring for our patients while acting as a patient advocate and collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers, as well as Guthrie Specialists throughout the strong referral Network.  

Highlights of the Position

• Responsibilities
  • Conducting initial and follow-up patient assessments. 
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. 
  • Developing and Implementing treatment plans.
  • Prescribing medications and treatments. 
  • Providing patient education and counseling.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. 

• Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive Salary range starting at of $114,000-$132,000 and depending on experience.

• Qualifications
  • Current license in New York State.
  • Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
