Experience:

• 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Hawaii license in hand at the time of application.

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift: Day/Evening Rotation

48 Guaranteed Hours

RTO guidelines: Prefer NO RTO for initial contract. We will consider an RTO request that meets the talent’s contracted hours and the unit’s needs

BSN preferred

Two (2) or more years ICU, PCU or Telemetry experience in the last 5 years required

Baxter/Phoenix HD machine experience preferred.
