Full-Time BCBA Position in the Van Buren, AR area

Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fulfilling full-time position in the welcoming Van Buren, AR area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing behavior analysis services to individuals with diverse needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to support individuals with behavior challenges
• Providing training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Enthusiastic about contributing to the well-being and success of individuals in the Van Buren, AR area
