RPh on the Go, is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient setting and is open to travel to a remote location in Washington.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical care to outpatients in accordance with established guidelines and protocols
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with legal and professional requirements related to pharmacy practices
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients on the proper use and potential side effects of medications
- Monitor drug therapy regimens for effectiveness and make recommendations as necessary
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures
- Travel to different outpatient clinics and healthcare facilities as required
Requirements:
- WA pharmacist license in good standing
- recent pharmacy experience
