Staff Pharmacist- Full Time- Peridot,AZ

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacist to join our team and lead our high-volume pharmacy operations. With an average of 1000 rx per , you will play a crucial role in managing our automated systems, ensuring quality service delivery, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs.
Key Systems:

• Program System: ScriptPro Program Management System with SP200 Robot; RPMS - Electronic Health Record (moving to a new EHR system)
• Automated Medication Dispensing System: Omnicell ADCs and Carousel, Kirby Lester counting machine.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop outcome measures and tracking systems for quality improvement.
• Establish departmental policies and procedures.
• Assess and improve program effectiveness through continuous process improvement.
• Provide feedback and support to staff for professional growth and performance standards.
• Oversee computer-based information systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage purchasing and inventory to ensure cost-effective management.
• Assess staff learning needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements.
• Participate in orientation, training, and quality assurance programs.

Requirements:

• Five years of professional experience with two years of management experience preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, including 1 year residency.
• Previous experience working in the ER.
• Current and valid state Pharmacy license, required.
• BLS certification within 30 s of hire.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
