As an RBT at ProCare Therapy, you will have the opportunity to:

• Implement ABA interventions & teach replacement behaviors.
• Collect data, monitor progress, & adjust programs.
• Support skill development in communication, social, daily living, & academics.
• Collaborate with teachers & BCBA to optimize student success.
• Stay up-to-date on ABA & maintain ethical conduct.

Requirements:

• RBT Certification
• School Experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
