How you will make an impact

- Manage incoming telephone calls

- Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

- Receive and send written business correspondence

- By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel

- Purchase Orders experience preferred

- Customer Support experience desired

- Deep understanding of Email Correspondence

- A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

- Experience using Microsoft Office

- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
