Registered Dietitian 2 - Part-time

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for St. Anne's Nursing Center in Miami, part of Catholic Health Services in South Florida.  This RD will work a flexible, part-time schedule (about 24 hours/week) with a fulltime Dietetic Technician to see residents in Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehab. 

 

Catholic Health Services provides care to 7,500 people on a daily basis, with over 38 facilities in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.  St. Anne’s Nursing Center has been serving the needs of the community for nearly 40 years.

St. Anne’s provides a 205-bed facility in a campus atmosphere, offering 24-hour full-service sub-acute, skilled nursing, long-term care, respite care, specialized orthopedic, cardiac and neurological rehab programs, assisted living and rehabilitation hospital outpatient clinic.

The successful candidate will:

 

• provide nutritional care to the long-term care residents and sub-acute rehab patients;
• meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;
• be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences;
• represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff; and/or
• support the food service operation as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
