Operations Manager

Role: Provide leadership and oversight in the operations department, including new accounts, reception, bookkeeping, and teller departments, to ensure we provide exceptional customer service at all levels. Supports efforts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction, minimize operational losses, deepen existing customer relationships to reduce customer attrition, and foster new customer relationships. This position contributes to implementing promotional campaigns and product initiatives at the branch level.

Branch Location: Calhan Branch

Salary Range:
Min: $55,000.00
Mid: $64,772.43
Max: $74,544.86

Qualification Requirements:

Education: High School Degree or GED required

Experience: Two to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required to be an effective subject matter expert in the position. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports, and outside vendors of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature is a normal part of the day-to-day experience. Communications can involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.
